Permanently transfer market banned for NO reason
I was cusualy trading like i have been doing for hundreds of hours on this game and suddenly i received an email saying that i bought coins from a third party website or i was transfering coins between accounts. It is ridiculous to get falsely banned and loose my coins and progress that i worked so much hours to achieve. PLEASE do something to get my ban retrieved.

Our Terms of Service team can take a look into a ban or suspension for you if you believe there was some sort of mix-up. Send an appeal, and it'll reach them. This guide will help you show you how to reach out to them and includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal to them.
