Player dont fit evo

Hello all! 

i got a player who is 86 ratet i evoed him from 62 ratet and he has 700 games and 1000 goals in ultimate… his card is ultimate scream evo looking.

he has 0 ps+ and only 6 ps… his card stats are 85 85 73 86 27 73

He can play st / cam / rw

here is my question! Why dont he fit into the new “Strike like kylian”?!?!
