Player in quick sale with no recoveries

I bought a 2.5m coin card on the app- he when straight to the quick sale in a glitch. I have no recoveries and ea help telling me it’s gone. Has anyone had a similar experience? 
The app told me I couldn’t buy him with 5 or more players in unassigned so I sent them to quick sale but the glitch went and vini was bought and in the quick sale
