Player item disappeared???

I packed TOTY Pedri on EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC about a day ago. The player item was successfully added to my club and I used him in multiple matches (Rivals/Ultimate Team). After logging into the Web App, the card completely disappeared. He is not in my club, not in any SBCs, not quick-sold, not in Quick Sell Recovery, and not in Unassigned items. This appears to be an inventory sync or rollback issue.

Toward the bottom of the help article you can find the info on how to open a case with our live support team, they will be able to review your account and any changes made and let you know what is going on.
