Hello, please help me transfer FC points from EA FC 25 to EA FC 26. I contacted EA Help, but they said they can't help and refuse to solve my problem. I didn't play EA FC 25, but they tricked me with the code. I received the points in EA FC 25. An EA Help employee told me to download and run EA FC 25, but it wouldn't start due to error 0xc0000005. All the solutions the employee suggested didn't help. I spent 8 hours fixing the error, after which they refused to transfer my points.

The only way to make the transfer is if we see the points on FC25, then we can make the transfer on FC26 assuming it's on the same platform. The 0xc0000005 error is very generic and could be many different issues.
Before diving into many troubleshooting steps, I recommend if you can, to try on a different PC and ask a member of your family or friend with a decent PC so you can try to run the game at least this one time. Only one login to FC25 Ultimate team is needed.
Once you see the points, you can try to reach out to EA Help again so they can help transferring the points for you.
