Pre-Season Rewards Not Received

All the cases I have opened have been closed automatically without even being checked properly, I’m getting the same generic response from the “advisors” that are supposedly checking.

I will be escalating this as much as I can. This is completely unacceptable! 

I completed ALL the pre season objectives in FC 25 and I did not receive ANYTHING in FC 26. I did play the Trial version first, so I thought if I bought the full game, I would get the rewards that were advertised when playing FC 25.

I demand an actual person to take action on this and grant me the advertised rewards.

    Once again, a bot replies to my latest ticket without even checking the issue, with the same copy paste answer “we checked but you are not eligible for any content”

    How can I have 99 Ronaldinho in FC25 but no Griddy celebration in FC26??? Not only that of course, but I never received ANY of the packs for completing the other objectives.

    Absolute joke!
