Premium Season pass is not working after spending 500,000 coins

I am unable to claim the rewards after spending 500k on the season pass. I have two accounts and both have the same exact problem. But suddenly I am unable to claim rewards.

It’s not even showing up as unlocked. It says I need negative SP POINTS. The season is almost over and I need my rewards. Please give me my rewards
