PREORDERED FC26 ULTIMATE EDITION NO REWARDS just points

Hi .

Can anyone advise please.

I preorded fc26 ultimate edition on 13th August 2025 for xbox s series through my microsoft balance (£89.99 was paid)and hi have the receipt for the purchase saying its COMPLETED

.but all it has given me is early access & 2000 points.no other rewards as of yet.i have done what people have advised to do. Restart game. Play a few games but STILL NOTHING ELSE.

Does anyone know will they be added later. 

I knw there are quite a few rewards ambit was preoreded.
