Preseason fc25 reward: 84x5 missing on FC26

I finished the fc25 season pass in Pre season but never received my 84x5 on my fc26 account I have proof of the packs from the fc25 season on my account? Will this issue be resolved as I worked hard to complete the season in fc25?

For the level 40 season rewards in my fc25 store. I chose the 90+ x6 tradeable pack over 99 Kevin de bruyne if that helps.
