problem with the package
I bought 2800 FIFA points and a pack for 2000. I sent the cards to the club but they haven't been awarded to me. What's the problem?

Have you already restarted the game and checked your unassigned items? Also, please take a look to make sure the item wasn’t accidentally quicksold.
