problems when opening packs on companion app

this problem started  when toty came out whenever i opened packs like an 83x10 i would get kicked saying login unavailable but i ignored thinking it was server faults almost a week later and i still have the problem when other people can open packs I've searched and they said its because of a new account so i downloaded fc25 to see if that would work but it still hasn't fixed itself i have uploaded the image of the problem if anyone has fixed it please comment on this forum post. this never happens when opening picks or store packs
