I packed gold Ekitike from a jumbo premium gold players pack. I thought when a promo was going on, the gold versions of cards were removed from packs and instead their promo version was input. Making it impossible to pack gold versions of promo cards during the time their promo card was in packs. Is this the case? OR are both versions packable during their promotion time?
Yeah I packed gold Ronaldo yesterday during the captain's promo release. Not sure where to go from here.

Yeah, I can't count the times i packed GOLD version of CR7, Messi, Yamal and those better players while their special cards is in the packs... just since friday i already packed gold ronaldo 5 times in the 85+ PP while his promo card is in the packs. Big F you EA. You annoying money leeches.
During the unbreakables promo I packed modric, camavinga, and caicedo which were all promos as their base gold cards. Even with screenshot proof of the pack, time, & date they still did nothing about it
