Queue time penalty

EA you should be absolutely disgusted with whoever decides this was a fair thing to implement. 

Your servers once again have been so bad that disconnects are happening every 10 mins tonight. Now you’ve given me a queue time penalty for 30 mins!!

For a game thats been horrendously bad this year and you add this? Thank god the only preorder in this household will be for GTA6 because you have repeatedly screwed your customer base over this entire year!!
