Quick sold player not appearing in recovery unable to evo the player again

Quick sold player and got kicked to main menu as I did it now he’s not appearing in my club or quick sell recovery but I’m unable to evo the player again as it says I still have an evo version of the player already.

    I did same with the toty dembele and now i dont have it anymore, customer support did not help
