Having the exact same issue. Stupid that because i havent purchased the game yet I cant access the web app. Ive preordered the disk yet have to wait til Friday. SAME OLD EA DIFFERENT YEAR. Greedy **bleep**

Same here so im guessing we cant use the companion app till Friday when the hole game comes out its a joke

Theres a massive thread on here about the 10 hour trial not working and breaking web/companion apps. Only fix is to either get ultimate to allow access today or if you have the regular edition, it will fix once you download it and play it tomorrow

It’s Friday and still saying it I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it still not working atm I havent got the game so I cnt even go n there to try sort it out
