Received ...87 John Barnes from HYBRID Attackers pack... should be TOTY icon???

Hi guys, 

Opened a pack today, tradeable 'Halftime Hybrid Attackers Pack'.... so if I pack an ICON it should be a tradeable TOTY ICON right? 

NO... I packed 87 John Barnes tradeable...

I thought this would be an easy fix with EA help...

Just spent 1 hour with 'Anuj' from support who told me the TOTY ICON promotion is over and thats why I didnt get a TOTY ICON..... 

Any ideas what to do now? Really annoying I should have some serious coins/player after grinding this game.

    TOTY Icon Barnes doesn’t exist. So how would you get him…?

    I bet you don’t reply.. once you realise this is your mistake.

    Is this true that you can receive only tory version?

    I have got the gold rare mariona few days ago but no clue which pack it was and exact day, so maybe it should be gold rare anyways, can they check?

    Have you viewed the image I attached? It shows the time and date on my laptop in the bottom right corner

    Kendog1313​ the time is irrelevant. John Barnes doesn’t have a TOTY card. You can’t pack something that doesn’t exist!
