Subject: Urgent: Incorrect Card Display Caused Accidental Submission of 90-Rated Evolved Enzo Fernández
Description:
I would like to report a serious issue I encountered on the mobile app while completing the “Trophy Titans Squad 1 SBC” (87-rated squad).
During the squad submission process, the system displayed a gold version of Enzo Fernández in the SBC interface. At the same time, there was a message indicating that this player was already used in another squad.
Because the card was shown as a regular gold card, I assumed it was not my evolved version. I have many players in my club, and at that moment I believed I owned a gold Enzo Fernández. However, it now appears that I only had one evolved version, which was incorrectly displayed as a gold card.
As a result, I proceeded with the submission.
After completing the SBC, I returned to my club and discovered that the card submitted was actually my 90-rated evolved Enzo Fernández, not a gold version as shown in the interface.
Issue Analysis:
This appears to be a display bug in the mobile app, where:
The visual representation showed a standard gold card
But the actual submitted item was the evolved version
This inconsistency directly misled my decision and resulted in an irreversible loss.
Loss Description:
The 90-rated evolved player required significant time and resources to develop. This is a non-recoverable asset through normal gameplay, and losing it has had a major negative impact on my experience.
Additional Issue:
What makes this even more frustrating is that I attempted to evolve a newly obtained gold Enzo Fernández today, but the system indicates that I have already evolved this player before.
However, my previous 90-rated evolved Enzo is no longer in my club (as it was mistakenly submitted due to this bug), which means I am now unable to evolve Enzo again.

I am a dedicated player who pre-ordered the FC 26 Ultimate Edition, and I plan to continue supporting future titles like FC 27. I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter.
