Ways to use the transfer market safely and fairly?

Please I kindly request of you EA guidelines on how to 100% safely and legally use the transfer market in ultimate team without breaking any rules.

I only have this information from a email you sent to me:

We review trades in the Ultimate Team™ Transfer Market to make sure they’re fair and follow our rules. We do this by comparing the value of the item to the current value of the item in the Transfer Market to see if any extra value is being traded. This lets us know if there has been any Coin selling, buying, and/or distribution, which breaks our rules and goes against our User Agreement.

I am interested lo learn what is considered a fair trade and what your rules are because I cannot find any rules to follow anywhere.

If I am understanding this correctly, selling above market value is considered illegal and it breaks EA’s rules?

Thank you.

Since it doesn’t look like I am getting any answer from an official source, what do others do to try to use the transfer market safely and fairly?

I was looking at buying new TOTS players today and obviously I want to buy the cheapest to save some coins so I use the search option to see which are cheaper, today I noticed a particular player (Tara McKeown NWSL) was getting listed at the cheapest price around 190k-195k but I didn’t buy it, I looked at the details and saw that it had not been used and had 40 owners, I think possibly this indicates some kind of questionable activity and if I had bought it maybe I would have got some trouble for it so I paid 10k more and bought a first owner card since that seems the safest option.

This is possible while cards are in packs but once they are not, finding first owner cards become more difficult to pretty much impossible as time goes by.

So am right in thinking that buying first owner cards (as long as they are around average price) are the safest to buy?

Failing finding a first owner card I guess the second best option is a low number of owners card that has been used to play.

Anyone wants to share any tips?

    Thanks.

Are EA breaking their own rules by making cards discard prices significantly less or well below market value?

I am only asking a question here.

Good day moderators, here please allow me to do your job for you, you are welcome 🙂

    https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/fc-rules/#ea-sports-fc™-rules

I have not sold or bought any coins and I didn’t transfer coins between accounts, I only use 1 account to play.

I have not done anything that is detailed in there so I can not understand your actions taken against me.

Sell Items for a fair price on the Transfer Market

Transferring Coins by trying to sell or buy Items well above or below their average Coin price, in order to send to your friends or to transfer Coins to anyone.

Using terms like significantly or well above/below is open to interpretation and everyone will have their own opinion about it. Could you not be more specific?

I believe your automated ban system flagged my account with a false positive because I sold a FUT birthday card of the player Flint, at the time her maximum range was 95,000 now it is a lot more (360,000 precisely as of time of writing this post) and this specific card was unavailable in the market.

What is the market value of a card that is extinct?

I can not verify my suspicions because you are not sharing this information with me, even after a DSAR under GDPR article 15. Who is breaking rules here?

    According to my appeal case

Using uneven trades for example significantly under or over offering trade items is an offence

May I enquire how much in terms of coins is significantly worth? It is an ambiguous way to describe something of uttermost importance

Hello again, I am waiting for a response, I think it is only fair that you share what your rules are regarding the use of the transfer market, I can not follow rules if there aren’t any. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter.
