I only started playing about a week ago but still can't access the transfer market even though I completed the objectives already even completed the Evo twice with 76 rated igor ffs.. it won't regist...

Sounds like your account progression is bugged. If the EVO objective is completed but isn't registering, there's unfortunately nothing you can do on your end. Since the Transfer Market unlock is tied to those objectives, you'll likely need EA to manually investigate or wait for a fix. You're definitely not the only one having issues with objectives failing to track properly.
