Rewards not received

Today I’ve lost out on 100 futties tokens after completing the weekly Rush challenge - while still being hundreds below the weekly limit. On top of this, I never received my pack rewards for completing the battle pass for level 30. I did receive the players, just not the pack. I try logging into the app and it constantly says I’m still logged into UT, when I am clearly not.
