rival progress error

Today between 6-7 PM, I joined the Rivals match, hoping to win and move up to the 6th Division.
Then I started playing, and the game suddenly froze. It came back to normal after a few seconds. My opponent was in an afk position. I scored a goal, and then I was waiting for the game to end. The first half ended, but the game didn't start. The substitute players and fans kept appearing in a loop. I thought it was a bug, so I pressed the buttons. I unplugged the controller and plugged it back in, but nothing happened. Then I closed the game and reopened it. When I joined Rivals, it hadn't moved me up to the 6th Division, ending my winning streak. I would appreciate any help.
