Rivals rewards only giving option 1

For both last week and this week, I earned the required 30 Rivals points that should have unlocked Option 2 rewards. However, in both cases, the game automatically gave me Option 1 without giving me the choice. This is a recurring system error, not a player mistake, and I fulfilled all requirements for Option 2. I therefore expect EA to correct this by granting me the Option 2 rewards I am entitled to for both weeks
