RTTK Garnacho Compensation

Hi, I need support with an issue around the Garnacho RTTK item.

When I invested in around 100 Garnacho cards, the in-game description clearly showed upgrade conditions (wins, goals, top 2 finish). I even used my 2,000 preorder FIFA Points to open packs and buy them, planning to sell on Sept 25th when hype would push his value up to the 10k max price range.

Now, EA has completely removed the upgrade section and replaced it with “N/A.” If Garnacho is no longer upgradeable, this means I was misled into making a huge investment. I was reasonably expecting about 1m coins in transfer profit, which is now impossible.

I believe I should receive fair compensation — whether that’s coins added to my account or equivalent high-value items (e.g. Icon packs). I also have screenshots and video evidence of the original upgrade conditions if needed.

Please advise on next steps.
