Rush is deemed competitive…

If rush is a competitive mode why on earth is nothing being done about time waster,  rubber-banding or putting them in there own groups by average ratings of the player

you put challenges in which are impossible to complete because you are reliant on people playing the game. EA is not sorting this out I have made about 60k rush points and managed to complete 1/3 of the be up by 2 with a WSL player , that is a lot of games considering it averages 5k at best for a win. Where most you lose because of the time wasting toxic players

make it competitive and punish these players. Only way to keep a player base
