Says not actively playing when I am???

Everytime I go into a game the screen is covered saying I’m not actively playing and it stays there the whole game. Any advice

You have many problems with direct connection in the Ultimate game, and your progress points are deleted. You lose direct connection only when playing against opponents from the internet.

Missing SBC content
I completed the Iniesta icon SBC, after completion I never got the player. It’s showing up as completed (pics provided). I reached out to chat support and have 2 tickets open, I’ve not heard back, ha...

Bugged player
My best FUT player half disappeared. I can see him in squad view, but the game crashes if I add him to squad. He is not visible on Rush or Evo. I have 15 games played with him so he isn't new.
