Missing SBC content

I completed the Iniesta icon SBC, after completion I never got the player. It’s showing up as completed (pics provided). I reached out to chat support and have 2 tickets open, I’ve not heard back, had the player or anything. Can anyone help? I’m playing on the PlayStation
