So I submitted an SBC which contained a normal 79 rated non evo Pogba card. For some reason it took my 89 rated completed Evo Pogba, I know that I definitely did not submit my 89 rated Evo no other high rated card was taken from my club.
I am just wondering if EA are aware of this glitch and if I can do anything to get my card back.
Ive had the same bug today, they say they don’t have proof I had the player yet I have provided them with a screenshot of my evolved player. I don’t expect the player back but something would be nice seeing as it probably took 2/3 hours to fully evolve the player.
Same thing has happened to me, an evolved player was displayed as a regular gold in companion app and I have probably submited him in an sbc. Fix this bug EA and at least acknowledge it by giving us some answer or response. I am affraid to complete any sbcs because I may unknowingly submit evolved players.
