Last night I have purchased ultimate scream mariona card for 400000 coins. She had 99 pace at the time but I had no clue. So when I woke up she had 80 pace and valued at 200000 coins. Feel like I got scammed. Ea should compansate the lost coins because its not the card I have purchased and clearly wouldnt have got her if I had known that its bugged.

I had a 1-to-1 chat with customer support, and the agent, Juro Crisanto R, would not acknowledge the bug, stating, "The 99 boost is temporary, not permanent."
Even though the official website states that the temporary 7-day 99-stat update begins on November 5th, they are refusing to acknowledge the card boost error that happened before November 5th.
Do you agree with this way EA handles its business?
I feel also scammed same with Mariona, Pulisic and Weah in my Case.
Same here. If they make small mistake in Store pack and people use points to buy those and it is fine to give comp for those. But when this obvious mistake is made where cards crash 50% because of EA mistake we are left with empty hands? This needs addressed
