Scamming!

So I played 2 matches which were even games and managed to win. Then the next 3 games my players were really slow, and I have been matched against people way above my division which is 5. We know that people are scamming the game because your rewards have been bad so they are losing on purpose to stay in the lower divisions. Not allowed to report anything apart from an offensive gamer tag so how do people who actually want to play the game properly meant to do so if you don't sort it out? 

Oh and we also know you review everything because I will now get an email saying your removing my content because I used the word scam!!! Well you gave false advertising. Connection has been worse this game which apparently you fixed and the game is so AI it's ridiculous.
