Season Objectives

Hello guys! Since last week, when I access the season objectives (with premium pass), the menu freezes and I have to close FC to be able to access the game again. On the Web Companion works but on the PS5 not.. i can't even make the Manager/Player Objective. What can I do?

I tried to claim my WTSS Journey 2 - Midfielder evolution reward on the Web App, but it gave me the defender reward. I cannot use it on my player. How do I get this fixed?
