Season pass lvl 40 reward bug

Hello, i just purchased the season pass for 500K and it is not letting me to choose the lvl 40 reward. I want to pick the pack over De Rossi, i dont want the season to get over with and game giving me De Rossi automaticly since i want the pack instead. I have collected well over 40K pts and it shows in game 40K/40K points. I am able to collect every other rewards but the last one. Thanks
