Serious Bug

Hello, as you can see in this photo, the server shut down before the match even started, and I was told I wouldn't lose, which I didn't. However, my partner in this match was also marked as having lost, even though the same thing happened to them, and this happened twice today. Considering we are currently on a winning streak and should be about 5-6 positions ahead, could you please check and correct this?
