Servers having problems or opponents doing a glitch?

Trying to play this Gauntlet mode and nearly every 2nd game, the game goes a bit stutery just before it disconnects. Im not getting logged offline on my end and still connected to the EA servers, but I keep getting a loss.

Its very frustrating because im only a average player and dont need an extra reason to get more losses. So is it a Server issue, or are people doing a Glitch to get a free win some how?

Im on PS5 if that matters.
