Servers shutdown during an important match

Hello , now i am very nervous about what a happened bec. i was st a very important match for me in rivals i was on winning streak and win the next match for more 2 extra stages so now they are four stages for one match and suddenly the game get me out of the match and get me out of the ultimate team and told me there is a problem now with ultimate team and my net was alright and didnt loose the connection, i really want this game back with the winning streak and the other 2 stages for winning the match , for more info the game was 2-2 , please help me for this bec. now i am so off from the game really really so upset about what happened.
