Missing FC points

I purchased 5900 FC points on January 16th and never received them. I have contacted EA Help numerous times, and they have not been able to provide any information on when this will be fixed. I tried today (March 26th) to get an update but their EA bot does not help and it won't let me contact an advisor. At this point I am fed up with this game and just want my money back. Is anyone else experiencing this and had any luck getting a solution?
