Signed out during match

Hey EA_QueenBee​ , I'm having the exact same issue and can add some data since you asked for details.

Platform: PC. It happens across all UT modes — Rivals, Squad Battles, and Live Events. Not every game, but frequently — I can play several matches fine and then randomly mid-match I get "Unable to connect to the EA servers." After reconnecting I get a Disconnect Warning, and in Squad Battles it counts as a loss with 0 points, even though the disconnect was clearly server-side.

It's not time-specific — I've had it happen morning, noon, and evening on different days.

I ran the official EA Connection Quality Report and got a 94/100 score (Ping 28.67ms, Jitter 0.4ms, Packet Loss 0.03% — all "Great"), on Ethernet, which is basically identical to my ISP's own score (95/100). So it really doesn't seem to be a connection issue on my end. Screenshots attached.

Hope this helps confirm it's a wider issue and not something local to either of us.

it happened more then once 

i have no screenshots rn but i was playing UT last night and every i loaded in the match it kept saying connection issues it happened all last night idk if it’s me or my opponent and i also try and test my connection on my p5 and it said it was good so idk

What do you mean exactly that you've been signed out of your match? Do you have any screenshots of what happened, and is this happening every game or was it just a once off?
