I had about 35+ packs of 2X 84+ which i was saving to open all together and they all vanished from my FUT store. How can i get them back??
i tried to make another pack to trigger that packs to show up in my store but it did not work

Just to check, do you see your packs show up if you log in with the web/companion app?
We also have an article to help with finding missing content in FC. Let me know if any of the steps there solve your issue!
Hi EA_QueenBee thank you for reaching out.
So the companion app is where I first noticed the issue. I generally makes my packs in the app as I find it much easier and quicker. I opened maybe 1 pack there yesterday morning and then all the packs just vanished. In the evening, I tried on my console and the same, no packs there either. Now, I’m afraid to make more packs in case the same happens or EA thinks that my packs came back.
Please advise if there is something else I should try. Thankyou again :)
Community ManagerHmm, if none of the steps are helping to make your content appear, your best bet might be to reach out to our live support team. They can take a look, and hopefully they can see where your packs went.
Maybe this is an extremely silly question, but do you see new players in your club that weren't there before? Maybe they got opened automatically somehow?

And, no, i do not see any nee players so the packs could not have opened automatically
