Slow gameplay

Hello guys,

Sometimes during the day the gameplay is very slow. To be honest I'm quite fed up with the inconsistency within this game. I would like to know if this is being worked on and if yes, by when can I see an improvement. With every patch being added I feel the overall gameplay experience is getting worse. 

Best way to feel something is off (server slow or whatever the issue might be), is when you play and your commands responses feel off or when you try to switch between players and the switch is slow or switches to oddly.

As I said, I would like to know if this is somehow addressed and if it will be improved somehow.
