Sold a card didn’t get the coins

I sold a icon card for 210k on the transfer market even cleared the transfer notification but the coins have not been credited into my account I tried signing out and logging in again my coin balance has not been updated

    This in the game or on the app? I do sometimes have this happen on the phone app, but then it's there when I load the game.
