Squad Battle Rewards Bug

This Sunday's squad battle rewards were rewarded at 12:30pm (22-03-2026) so I opened the mode and my squad battle points got updated to 0, but I didn't get any rewards from last week! I earned Elite 2 rank by playing 18 games! I restarted my game and nothing, the game literally unregistered 18 matches??? I need to get compensated for this! Do I need to formally write an email to EA about all this?This is unacceptable!
