Squad Battles AI
The update to career mode ai has completely broken and ruined squad battles. Might work on authentic but clearly doesn't on competitive, this must not have been tested and if it was then please fire...

This game is so good, and realistic….ive just been fully out played by a 69/8 rated team on legendary,. A CM in goal has saved 10 shots on target, let in 1. Dragusin with 67 pace was leaving my haaland with 86 pace for dust in both defending and attacking, a bronze player was also stronger than my 88 physical haaland who had 75 strength and was out pacing him also with 65 pace.
but I wasn’t just slightly outplayed, the AI had 68% possession, passing it around with 178 passes with a 99% accuracy….talk about prime Barca but on roids. They had 3 shots, all game, beating my 88 rated endler 100% of the time. The people that shot had 70 shooting and 75 shooting. Two of which was outside the box. The 3rd was my GK refusing to pick up the ball and kindly knocking to the AI 2 yards out from goal.
stupid isn’t the word. The game is mental, how EA believe this is a realistic game is beyond me. And I’m sure there if I had the money I could sue these as there main catchphrase is, “if it’s in the game” because when a player with low rated jumping and 5ft 6 is out jumping haaland everytime that isn’t in the game
Biggest joke is them saying that they aren't fixing it until "early 2026", which is vague as, because they want to get the balance right....
Get the balance right!? Currently broken with no balance at all so just revert it, you know like you did when the online rats and content creators cried their eyes out over the R1 nerf.
People don't play squad battles to have a frustrating, mirror of online play. People that enjoy squad battles do so BECAUSE they don't want to play the **bleep** online gameplay and you're not going to force them to with these kind of changes.
I've said it before but whether It's ai or dumb as hell human making these decisions you need to stop and actually listen to the fans of this mode.
