Squad battles

I’ve have attempted to play 4 squad battle games to complete the new beginnings objective yet every time I finish a squad battle game it comes up that ea are unable to fulfill my request and the game doesn’t count meaning I am unable to complete the objective. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
