Cheating!!! Can't control players in matches

While playing Champions my team appear to be controlled by 11 other players + me. They don't respond and the only option i have is to pause the game.
While this is happening, the other playey dominates the game and of course i have to quit.

I am playing on PC and this happened to me again this past week, while playing Rivals and a Friendly. It also happened a few times a couple of months ago.

Is this a bug or is it cheating;
The other players name is "jon_knott" and he is playing on pc as well.

    It happened quite often. Mostly cheated or rigged game play.

    I found some matches my players are unresponsive, while only a few time when I have decent response. No change in internet connection. Cannot tell if I am connecting to the same server or not. But it is terrible.
