Agree. I used to play on World Class. Now I play Professional on 80+rated squads and Legendary on <80-rated squads. With the exception of fluke goals, Professional is very easy. The game feels unbalanced. It feels like I have to create a 2 goal cushion in the first half because they will just attack, attack, attack. Even if I score a goal to make it 3-1, the CPU will immediately score a goal to make it 3-2. Then it's a frantic finish as they get multiple corner kicks between 85' and 90+Infinity.
At this point, I'm just trying to speed run the trophies so I can stop playing.
