Another week of rush….same rubbish

Why won’t EA fix the players who join rush, which is deemed as a competitive game mode like rivals or champs but never punish the players that:-

  1. rubber band
  2. toxic behaviour by scoring own goals
  3. toxic behaviour by not passing
  4. pointless shots from own half like power ones
  5. toxic behaviour or just pressing D pad saying pass, shoot etc
  6. going missing in games by putting controllers down, then picking up when warning is on screen

This Needs fixing, but EA are to incompetent to make the game non toxic towards people who want to play

why should I be punished with players doing the above and I’m losing through no fault of my own when I’m getting Player of the match on the losing side of a 9.3 for example but these people doing the above can load back into the next game and ruin other people’s lives also. They need permanently banned from the rush mode. Just like EA does with people trading.

if these people asked to play football in the park and done this nobody would bother with them, so why do I have no choice and have to play with them, just to make the numbers look good on this dying game

  • Yeah I agree with this. Rush feels competitive but there’s no real punishment for toxic players like rubber banding, own goals, or AFK gameplay. It ruins matches for people actually trying to play properly, and you can still end up losing even after performing well. EA really needs stricter bans or better matchmaking for this mode.

When players take this mode seriously and squads are matched it can be very enjoyable, but a lot of nonsense goes on in this mode.

Avoiding rush. Unfortunately, there are so many toxic users. The play mode concept is fun, but then you have toxic users without any punishment or ban. Seems like EA only care about banning those on transfer market and selling coins, because those affect their bottom line. Toxic users, ehhh... they don't care.

  • I’ve come on for 1 game today, just to do my daily, and it’s there again, poor matchmaking. I get 1 player who gets sent off twice, because he couldn’t run it around everybody to score, and another who had a broken pass button,

I had to play another game, as needing to score two goals, and the second game I get 2 inactive players, and a person who I don’t think has ever played football in his life

I am now upto 15 games with bad players on my team

the matchmaking is a joke for a competitive match, this is no way for player retention, but what does EA care….nothing unless the shop is broken
