Stuck in menu's constantly

Evening everyone, hoping someone can help.

Im sick and tired of getting "stuck" in the menu's. 

Try to open a pack - game freezes for a minute or so, backs me out of the store/boots out of game.

Try to do and SBC - same. 

Try to bid on players - you guessed it, same. 

Fed up now and ive tried every fix possible that ive seen on here and online. Even reinstalled a couple of times.  My Internet is also absolutely fine.

Can get into games absolutely fine, just cant do anything in the menu's, market or store without constant issues that are only getting worse each day. 

Im about ready to delete for good to be honest.

Any help would be great.
