Subject: Extremely Unfair Pack Luck and In-Game Issues

Hello EA Support,

 

I would like to report two major issues that I’ve been experiencing in FC 25:

 

  1. Pack Luck Issue:
    I have opened over 200 upgrade packs, spent a lot of coins, and even opened 7 Icon packs, yet I did not receive a single Icon that is usable or worth playing with. This doesn’t feel fair at all, especially considering the amount of time and resources I’ve invested in the game.
  2. Match Timer Bug:
    In several matches, the game timer reached zero, but the match continued anyway. Because of this bug, I lost two games even though the time was already finished. This is extremely frustrating and affects my Weekend League and Rivals results.

 

 

I hope you can look into these issues, because they’re ruining the experience for me.

    I’m in the same situation, I’ve also opened 7 icon packs and get unusable players that won’t even make the reserves.

    I’ll open promo packs using fifa points and I won’t get one useable card. It seems like Ea has favourites.

    It's all baaed on luck the pack luck.

    When regarding time bug I'd try to get the ball and kick it out for a throw in when time is up. It's minimum time added as we see in real life matches.
