Community ManagerHi there. I'm sorry to say, we don't have anyone available to talk to about account bans. The best you can do is submit a dispute. ToS will review the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for submitting a dispute can be found in this article. Thank you.
I have done that 2 months(!) ago. There is no update from the Studio. See submitted screenshots. The link you have provided only circles back to the same appeal process to which EA is not responding.
Please can you give direct instructions as no progress can be made from the you sent.

If you never received an update, please submit another dispute. You should have a response within a few days.
