Hello EA Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team.
After playing a series of Friendly matches to complete my objectives, I am now unable to play any game mode. Whenever I finish a match, I get an error message saying "You have lost your connection to the EA Servers" and I get disconnected from Ultimate Team. This counts as a DNF (Did Not Finish) even though the match was over.
I believe I might have triggered a temporary limit (soft ban) due to the "Golden Goal" matches in Friendlies. Since I want to continue playing the game, I kindly request you to check my account and lift this restriction if possible.
