After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums. Once you've gone through the steps in the link above, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of that page to speak with support directly. If these were instead removed due to a penalty that you feel was incorrect, you can create an appeal here instead to have that reviewed again. From there you'll be able to keep an eye on your case history page here for a response, thanks!
